Job Description
Anderselite are recruiting for an innovative, busy practice in Northamptonshire. Due to quite an influx of work, they seek talented, and technically gifted Senior Architects to contribute to their continued growth.
Role & Responsibilites:
Deliver projects collaboratively with the wider team, overseeing day-to-day progress across all RIBA stages (0-7).
Prepare comprehensive drawing packages for planning and construction, including specifications, schedules, and technical documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Work both independently and as part of a project team, taking initiative and ownership when required.
Support design quality across the studio by undertaking technical reviews and third-party checks on projects outside of your direct responsibility.
Act as the go-to person for project queries and team support in the absence of the regional partner or associate.
Experience and key skills:
Chartered Architect with ARB registration.
Strong experience managing projects from inception through to completion (RIBA Stages 0-7).
Skilled in producing comprehensive planning and construction drawing packages, with an excellent understanding of UK building regulations, planning policy, and quality standards.
Demonstrated design flair, creativity, and effective problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage projects confidently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable, as most of our projects are delivered using BIM workflows.
