Provide technical design services and project management to a range of sectors
Produce feasibility reports for clients
Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
Produce building regulations and planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities
Prepare design drawings for competitive tender
Deliver the technical and co-ordination aspects of projects and ensure successful deliveryRequirements for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
BSc within Architectural Technology
Significant post qualification experience within a UK practice
MCIAT registered or working towards it
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
Experience working on projects across a broad range of sectors
Job running experience
Strong technical and design skills
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong attention to detail
