Job Description
As part of our Building Surveying team, you will play a pivotal role within a growing, multidisciplinary team of professionals. We operate across a diverse range of sectors including Education, Residential, Commercial and Leisure, with projects ranging from small repair schemes to new build developments. In this role you will be responsible for delivering a full range of Building Surveying services, taking ownership of projects from inception to completion. You will also play a key part in developing the team, mentoring surveyors and sharing your expertise to shape the future of the business. This is the perfect role for an experienced BS looking to advance their career and take it to the next level.
Key Duties Previous Building Surveying experience MRICS qualified Successful track record of leading projects from inception to completion Pre and post contract experience Experience in all aspects of professional side of BS, including dilapidations, schedules of condition, preacquisition surveys etc Able to work alone or as part of a team, be responsible for your own workload, and have the ability to liaise with clients on a variety of projects Full UK Driving licence as you will be required to visit clients and projects.
