The Senior Building Surveyor consultancy
Known for being an award-winning and employee first Building Consultancy they are now looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Marylebone office.
The Senior Building Surveyor will work across high end Commercial and Residential sectors, offering expertise in a wide range of property-related services. They are currently seeking a determined Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.
The Senior Building Surveyor role
The Senior Building Surveyor responsibilities will include carrying out technical due diligence, dilapidation's surveys, and residential surveys, as well as providing support in contract admin and project management on a variety of projects.
The Senior Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional surveying services, supporting senior surveyors and assisting in managing projects across both residential and commercial properties.
Key Requirements:
BSc/MSc Building Surveying or Real Estate management
An interest in professional services and projects
Ideally experience in Commercial and Residential sectors
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
An interest in in residential surveys, technical due diligence, and dilapidation's is highly desirable
A proactive attitude, keen to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
RICS accredited or working towards chartership is a plusWhat would be the offer?
£55,000 - £65,000 benefits package
Progression made clear to Associate within 16 months - salary up to £72K
Bonus of £8,000 - £10,000
