Job Description
Senior Building Surveyor – £60K–£70K + Bonus x2 + hybrid
* 📍 City of London | Permanent | Hybrid Working
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join a leading Multidisciplinary Building Consultancy with a strong focus on staff development and career progression. You’ll have exposure to a wide variety of commercial projects and professional instructions within a supportive, flexible environment.

🛠️ Your Role:
* Deliver a range of professional & project services (TDD, Contract Admin, Dilapidations, Party Wall, etc.)
* Manage client relationships and project delivery
* Support junior surveyors and help grow the London team
📄 What You’ll Need
* MRICS qualified with 2+ years’ PQE
* Strong communication & team skills
* Broad building surveying experience, ideally across professional and project services
