Senior Commercial Analyst, Watford, Hertfordshire (Hybrid- 2 days a week in the office)

We're looking for a commercially minded, analytically driven individual to join our clients growing Commercial Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to strategic growth, shape new product offerings, and influence decision-making through insightful analysis and reporting.

About the Role
As Commercial Manager, you'll be responsible for the management and reporting of key service areas. You'll provide meaningful analysis that informs decision-making, both internally and in collaboration with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver regular and ad hoc analysis to identify performance trends, opportunities, and risks.
* Prepare, analyse, and present monthly commercial and financial reports, including variance analysis against budget and forecasts.
* Evaluate and enhance performance monitoring tools, recommending improvements and system-based solutions to support a growing service portfolio.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to implement data-driven changes and ensure alignment with commercial goals.
