Job Description

Service Care Solutions is working on behalf of a dynamic local authority, based in Wokingham, which is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. As a Senior Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a wide case load, providing expert advice on commercial property matters, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.   Role: Senior Commercial Property Lawyer Location: Wokingham – hybrid Umbrella Rate: £50 - £55ph PAYE inc. rate: £44.06 - £48.41ph Contract length: 6 months ongoing   Key Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Property Lawyer role: Provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial property matters to internal and external stakeholders. Manage a wide commercial property case load, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines, from start to completion. Communicate complex information to non-legal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.Key Requirements: 5+ years of PQE as a Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in commercial property law. Experience of working within the public sector as a commercial property lawyer. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of people.Key Benefits: Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend upon experience, interview performance and competency. Hybrid working.
