We're partnering with an established Financial Services organisation seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to drive their Regulatory Compliance agenda.
This Senior Compliance Manager role will see you:
Providing strategic Compliance oversight and expert guidance to the Board
Leading Regulatory relationships and managing key stakeholder communications
Conducting thorough risk assessments and agreeing mitigation strategies
Maintaining robust Governance frameworks
Delivering comprehensive Compliance and risk reporting to the MD and Board
Overseeing Regulatory audits and due diligence processesThe Ideal Match for the Senior Compliance Manager role:
Proven Compliance experience within a Regulated Financial Institution
Strong track record in governance, risk management, and regulatory reporting
Experience in Board-level interactions and Committee Management
Expert knowledge of FCA regulations and risk management frameworks
Commercial mindset with ability to balance risk and business objectives
Professional Compliance qualification (ICA or equivalent)
