Job Description
Salter Grange is partnering with a highly respected, award-winning Main Contractor seeking a driven CSA Department Estimating Manager to lead the commercial aspects of a range of projects, including innovative Data Centres.
Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll play a vital role in our pre-construction team, ensuring accurate and competitive bids.
CSA Department Estimating Manager Responsibilities:
* Manage CSA estimation teams, allocate resources effectively, and ensure estimate accountability.
* Oversee the completion of all estimates with thorough due diligence and adherence to process.
* Attend resource meetings, providing clear status updates on all bids.
* Assess design progress in collaboration with the Central Engineering team.
* Be a key team member, working closely with pre-construction and construction teams.
* Obtain and rigorously analyze market quotations, identifying scope and cost variances.
* Contribute to and maintain the CSA rate library.
* Manage Tender Document Control with precision.
CSA Department Estimating Manager Requirements:
* Quantity Surveying degree.
* 3-5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating.
* Data Centre CSA commercial experience.
* Proven success on projects exceeding €10 million.
* Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
