Our client, a global manufacturer based in High Wycombe, is recruiting for a Senior Customer Services Manager, with a focus upon order processing and managing a small team. This is an established fast growing, global company with new developed offices.
Prior experience of exporting administration and processing orders is required.
Excellent customer service skills
Processing and managing sales orders and any returns
Administrative support
Import and Export experience
Invoicing
Recording delivery data for KPI's
Supporting the team in responding to delivery enquiries from the sales support team
Other identified administrative support.
Providing shipping costings at short notice
Well organised administrator
Ability to work well under pressure
Must have excellent communication skills
Multitasking ability
Experience using Microsoft packages
Works well as part of a team
Self-motivated
Focused, organised and methodical approach to tasks
This role may also involving ad hoc international travel as well assisting with exhibitions.
This is a full time office based role
