Job Duties - Senior Designer
* Driving concept development and impactful creative execution across branding, campaigns, and digital experiences
* Ensuring high standards of quality and consistency across all outputs
* Presenting work to clients with confidence and responding positively to feedback
* Collaborating closely with designers, writers, strategists, and client teams
* Crafting brand identities, guidelines, brochures, signage, and more
* Turning briefs into visually compelling ideas and polished final designs
* Mentoring junior designers and helping shape a positive, inspiring work culture
Relevant Experience - Senior Designer
* 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or a fast-paced in-house team
* Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* A strong portfolio of work consisting of supporting designs
* A balance of creative flair and commercial thinking
