New Regional office just established outside of Leeds based near Garforth off the M1 Junction 46. Buildings Main Contractor turning over in excess of £1 Billion as a group across various sectors. Highly profitable & dynamic in how they operate.
Description
Reporting to the Head of Pre-Construction & Estimation. You will hands on grow and develop the pricing capability for the North of England region for this Buildings Main Contractor. Group has achieved phenomenal success in the UK, Europe and International Markets across Technology, Distribution, Food & Pharma.
Group is turning over in excess of £1.2 Billion and is live in 11 different countries at present.
The sweet spot across projects would be seen as £20-35 Million as an Entry and £200 Million as significant. This employer has a superb reputation for repeat clients and treating the supply chain well.

Overview of Client
* On Track to hit £1.4 Billion Turnover within the next 12 Months
* International buildings main contractor operating in recession proof sectors
* In house capability to deliver a full Design & Build Project
* We have a strong 8 Year relationship with this client
* Great reputation with external supply chain and sub-contractors
The role & what you will be doing
* Sat in the new Regional Office reporting into the SLT
* Occasional travel needed for client meetings, visiting the Head Office outside of West London and meeting sub-contractors
* Full responsibility for tender submissions – Running the tender pulling all aspects together from price & technical in a bid team
* Happy to roll the sleeves up and get into the detail across all elements
Client are seeking the following :
* Happy to be based in the New Regional Office outside of Leeds based off the M1 near Garforth.
* Must be based in a sensible daily commute from the office (40-50 Minutes Max)
* 10 Years Pricing Experience
* Clear exposure as an Estimation Manager, Lead Estimator or Senior Estimator
* Confident and commercially aware, able to present to a client
* Technically able to protect your bid submission cost & margin
* Due to the hands on nature you will be as comfortable on the Buildings & Civil Engineering elements of the tender across all sub-contract packages
