Description
The Senior Estimator will lead tender submissions, manage bid processes, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver profitable projects.
Lead preparation of competitive multi-million-pound tenders.
Ensure compliance with all estimating processes and procedures.
Engage with operational and commercial teams to finalise solutions.
Present commercial proposals to senior stakeholders.
Manage and mentor junior estimators within the team.Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced Estimator with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in delivering high-value tenders.
Expertise in TFM, cost planning, design, and bid management.
Experience working with both public and private sector clients.
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
