Senior Finance Business Partner - Retail Operations

The Role
Serve as the primary finance partner to regional and retail ops leaders.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for national retail operations.
Deliver weekly performance analysis on stores, labour, and margins with actionable insights.
Participate in performance reviews, driving data-led operational decisions.
Support strategic projects such as pricing, store formats, and customer experience.
Provide scenario modelling and evaluate investments in operational/capital projects.
Manage and develop a team of finance analysts.
Present financial insights to senior leadership to influence strategic direction.About You
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience.
Background in multi-site retail, hospitality, or consumer services is highly advantageous.
Experience partnering closely with operations or regional leadership teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence decisions through data.
Experience managing or mentoring finance team members.
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; able to work across large, complex datasets.
Comfortable operating in a business undergoing transformation, with a hands-on and pragmatic mindset.What's on Offer:
