As a Senior Governance Officer, you will have experience in:
Supporting the Governance department to ensure excellence in corporate governance and compliance
Scheduling meetings for senior management and doing minutes
Ensuring accuracy of policies and procedures ensuring these are maintained
Your role as a Senior Governance Officer will be responsible for:
Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to both internal and external customers
Identifying and mitigate risk within scope
Training colleagues, ensuring all policies and procedures are implemented and complied with
