We’re looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team, bringing housing-related brands to life through bold, effective design. You'll work across a wide range of print and digital formats, delivering high-quality creative that connects with audiences and meets commercial goals.
What You’ll Do
* Lead concept development and deliver standout design across brand, campaign, and digital projects
* Translate briefs into strong visual ideas and polished final outputs
* Create brand identities, guidelines, brochures, signage, and more
* Ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints
* Present work to clients and respond positively to feedback
* Collaborate with designers, writers, strategists, and client teams
* Mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive, inspiring studio culture
* Bring insight into the housing/property sector’s audiences and trends
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years in a creative agency or fast-paced in-house team
* A strong portfolio showing branding, layout, digital design, and typography
* Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
* Great communication and time management skills
* Attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
* A balance of creative flair and commercial awareness
