Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week, across 5 days including weekends/bank holidays)
Rotating between two luxury care homes
Leading and managing the kitchen and dining services
Designing and delivering high-quality, nutritious menus
Managing procurement, food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance
Recruiting, training, and developing kitchen staff
Creating a welcoming and family-style dining experience for residentsWhat We're Looking For:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
Experience as a Head Chef in a care or hospitality setting
Knowledge of therapeutic diets and dietary requirements
