Senior Health & Safety Advisor – Highways & Infrastructure
📍 Peterborough + Surrounding Areas | 💰 Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
We’re hiring a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading infrastructure contractor delivering highways and civil engineering projects across the Peterborough region.
You'll be the go-to for on-site safety support, ensuring compliance, conducting audits, and driving a proactive safety culture. This is a great opportunity for an experienced H&S professional ready to step into a more senior role with real autonomy.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Site inspections, audits & reporting

Compliance with HSE legislation & CDM regs

Supporting incident investigations

Coaching teams & promoting best practice
✅ What You’ll Need:

NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
*
Experience in /highways/infrastructure
*
Strong communication & stakeholder skills
*
Full UK driving licence
