Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Land Manager to join their property development team. This role is pivotal in sourcing and securing prime development sites across Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire high-potential development sites.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local authorities, and key industry stakeholders.

Lead negotiations and manage all aspects of the due diligence, approvals, and acquisition process.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven background in the S&M house building sector or a similar property development field.
