Job Description
We are seeking a professional, motivated, and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join our Clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and driving the lettings process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to further their career in the property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, offering excellent customer service throughout the lettings process.
* Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information to prospective tenants.
* Negotiate terms and conditions between landlords and tenants to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
* Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
* Stay up to date with current market trends and pricing to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in lettings.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and tenants.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* A target-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service.
* A valid driving license is required due to property viewings.
