Job Description
Senior Mechanical Design Manager - c£350 a day - Cambridgeshire - 6 months+ - healthcare projects
5-10 years working in a Design Manager role for a Tier 1 Main Contractor or Tier 1 MEP Sub-contractor in UK
Experience in delivering major healthcare projects in excess of £100M, delivering design for mechanical, electrical and public health packages in excess of £100M, projects with a BREEAM Excellent rating.
You will be tasked with the management of the Building Services Consultancy to deliver the MEP design for review and co-ordination with the MEP Sub-contractor.
Preferably Degree qualified in an appropriate subject, with Professional chartership to an appropriate body - MCIBSE, IMechE.
The role will be based on site 4-days per week, with flexibility for 1 working from home day.
Commuting/driving distance to Cambridge.
