The Role:
As a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead the mechanical engineering function on major developments, overseeing all project phases from inception through to handover. You’ll ensure seamless coordination across engineering disciplines, subcontractors, and stakeholders, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Senior Mechanical Project Manager will Lead the mechanical team, managing design, installation, and commissioning phases.

Senior Mechanical Project Manager will Provide consistent project updates and reporting to the Project Director.

Senior Mechanical Project Manager will Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Senior Mechanical Project Manager will Ensure all project deliverables align with company quality and safety standards from tender through to final handover.
Skills and Experience:

Senior Mechanical Project Manager will have proven experience delivering major M&E construction projects valued £15M–£20M+.

Senior Mechanical Project Manager will have Strong mechanical engineering background (with understanding of electrical systems a plus).

Senior Mechanical Project Manager will have ability to manage full project lifecycle, from tender to completion.

Senior Mechanical Project Manager will have excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

Senior Mechanical Project Manager will have experience managing diverse teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
