Job Description
Spencer Clarke Group are seekinga Senior Neighbourhood Officer for a local authority based in Berkshire.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, customer-focused housing management services, supporting residents, managing tenancies, and improving neighbourhoods across the borough.
Key Duties:
Manage tenancies, conduct estate inspections, and address anti-social behaviour.
Support residents through tenancy visits, fraud prevention, and maintenance coordination.
Collaborate with partners and residents to deliver neighbourhood improvements and inclusive services.
Ensure compliance with housing policies, monitor budgets, and contribute to service development.Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
Experience managing tenancies, resolving anti-social behaviour, and conducting estate inspections.
Skilled in supporting residents through tenancy sign-ups, fraud prevention, and maintenance processes.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with partners and engage communities to improve neighbourhoods.
Strong understanding of housing policies, budget monitoring, and driving service improvements.What's on offer:
Salary: £20+ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6, months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
