They need a Senior NPD Technologist to join their well-established team.
This role would suit a genuine foodie that enjoys creating a range of chilled cuisines and preferably has a Food Science or similar degree.
The Opportunity.

As the Senior NPD Technologist, you will be working very closely with stakeholders to identify new products and improvements.
With the help of the Head of NPD, the Senior NPD Technologist will have the opportunity to lead on projects from concept through to launch, managing each step of the stage gate process whilst supporting the wider team.
They will measure your success through a series of SMART objectives created within your first week with the Head of NPD.

We’ve been to visit the factory ourselves to see the state-of-the-art NPD kitchens you’ll be working in. The factory is currently going through a series of investment to improve the plant.
The team work very closely together, collaborating with the commercial teams in a very open plan space.
As the Senior NPD Technologist, you’ll be customer facing with the biggest UK retailers.
