A permanent opportunity for a leading consultancy in the heart of London's West End are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join their busy and growing team! This role will involve travel to Europe at least once a quarter and is a highly demanding and busy position.
Your new role
Lead and manage office services such as Reception, Catering and Cleaners, ensuring office budgets are aligned.
Working closely with Director to improve operations
Ensure a seamless front-of-house experience for guests & all IT/AV support is set up
Deliver high-quality international events
Line management for x3 office candidates
Lead vendor negotiations and ensure the best pricing
Book internal mandatory training for H&S and conduct risk assessments
Onboarding and inductions of new starters
Working closely with international offices to align on strategic operations and initiatives
Project management of technology rollouts across multiple sites
Tracking key metrics related to the office, such as attendance and utilisation to report back to leadershipWhat you'll need to succeed
Strong experience in a similar senior position within large-scale Operations Management is essential.
Experience working in a professional services firm is essential.
Vendor management and budget management experience is essential.
Line management experience
Ability to travel into the office a minimum of 4 days a week (5 days ideally).What you need to do now
