Job Description
As a Senior Planner within the Cardiff Planning team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of significant projects, focusing on strategic planning, development management, and project coordination for a range of private and public sector clients.

MRTPI qualified
A commercial mindset with the ability to effectively apply planning expertise within the broader property context
Strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels

Confident in client interactions and skilled at managing projects effectively
