Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a large council based in the South East who are seeking to hire an interim planning lawyer on a 6 month rolling contract.
The role is due to commence in early/mid May.
Candidates would be expected to attend both monthly planning committees in person, apart from that the role is fully remote.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have extension experience working within local government legal teams,
- Have previous experience with complex s106s, general advice, appeals, and enforcement,
- Be able to attend the planning committees each month,
- Have two references from previous employees.
