Senior Project Manager – Fit-Out & Refurbishment
London (Projects Across Greater London & South East) | Up to £90,000 + Package
Ridgeway & Co are currently working in partnership with a specialist fit-out and refurbishment contractor. With offices across the UK and a strong presence in London, they deliver high-spec Cat A & Cat B fit-outs, complex refurbishments, and cut-and-carve schemes across a number of sectors.
Due to continued growth and major wins in the capital, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to oversee fast-paced, design-led projects ranging in value from £2m to £20m. You will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
The Role:

Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
*
Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors
*
Drive programme delivery, quality control, and health & safety
*
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and end-users
*
Manage cost control and contribute to commercial performance
Requirements:
*
Experience managing commercial fit-out or refurb projects (ideally £5m+)
*
Background in fast-track or live environment construction is highly desirable
*
Proven track record with high-end finishes and client-facing responsibilities
*
Excellent leadership and coordination skills
*
Able to work across a portfolio of projects within central London
