Job Description
A leading specialist subcontractor in the façades sector is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex and high-profile projects across London. Operating at the cutting edge of architectural envelope solutions, this contractor delivers large-scale external works across residential and commercial schemes.
Role Overview:
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of facade packages valued between £3m and £10m, from pre-construction through to completion. You'll manage programme delivery, site performance, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full project lifecycle for façade packages

Liaise with clients, main contractors, and design teams
*
Drive H&S compliance and quality standards
*
Oversee cost, programme, and resource management
*
Lead site-based teams and report to senior leadership
Requirements:

Proven experience managing façade, cladding, or external envelope projects
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Track record with reputable facade subcontractors
*
SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold, and relevant qualifications preferred
