Senior Mechanical Project Manager – Major M&E Projects
Are you an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager with a track record of delivering large-scale M&E projects? This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in high-profile construction developments, managing the mechanical scope from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the mechanical team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Provide regular progress reports to the Project Director, maintaining clear communication at all stages.

Oversee the full project lifecycle—from tender through to final handover—ensuring compliance, quality, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:

A strong background in mechanical engineering, with proven experience on M&E projects valued between £15M–£20M.

Demonstrable success in managing projects from pre-construction to completion.

Effective leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
