Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator
Flexible, professional fair approach to all aspects of the business
Manage and submit monthly interim applications for payment.
Raise and issue client invoices.
Cashflow and work-load forecasting.
Internal & client programmes.
Project cost assessment / reconciliation.
Produce pre-construction project budgets and maintain them.
Attend client meetings, understanding requirements turning into business.
Contract awareness & negotiation.
Subcontract packages and payments.
Identify and manage business risks.
Material and plant procurement.
