Job Description
Butler Ross are pleased to be recruiting multiple Senior Quantity Surveyors on behalf of a well-respected and highly reputable London-based consultancy. These positions will be aligned to various projects; with a general expectation that 2-3 days will be spent at the office / client site(s).
Responsibilities Will Include
Management of assigned projects, including to close-out and completion where required
Developing and maintaining project cost plans and estimates
Performing monthly cost reporting
Contract Administration duties and communications - including Early Warnings and Compensation Events
Risk Management
Required Experience
A good understanding of NEC Contracts
RICS membership, membership of similar professional body, or equivalent experience
Commercial or Contract Management experience across construction or infrastructure projects
Experience within consultancy or an understanding of the consultancy model
