Senior Quantity Surveyor
Bristol area
£90,000 + Benefits
I’m currently partnering with one of my long-standing clients who are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take the commercial lead on a diverse portfolio of construction projects ranging from £15m to £40m, across both the industrial and residential sectors.Activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Weekly cost / value report generation
Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to during the entirety of scheme
Oversee appointed contractors to ensure projects are delivered in line with both programme and budgetEssential Qualifications
BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Must have relevant experience and qualifications in H&S & Compliance
Must be flexible in travel and hold a Full UK Driving LicenseEssential Experience and Knowledge
Track record as commercial lead on schemes upto £1m
Demonstrate budget management up to £4m p/a
Previous experience across Industrial Sheds
Residential/ Housing experience
