Job Description
A progressive, independent Project and Cost Consultancy, are looking for a confident and career-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, based in the heart of London.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to step into a pivotal role within a thriving consultancy of around 35 professionals, supported by 8 longstanding and highly experienced Directors.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take a leading role in the successful delivery of student accommodation and commercial schemes, with additional exposure to residential projects. As the business continues to grow, there is scope to work across a broad range of sectors including life sciences, mixed-use developments, hospitality, and leisure - ensuring continued project variety and challenge.
This role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where individual initiative is recognised and rewarded. With genuine career progression on offer, this is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to make a lasting impact.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
Ideally MRICS, or actively working towards
UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
Varied sector / project experience is beneficial
Strong pre & post contract experienceWhat's on offer?
