A close knit specialist High-End Property Consultancy are looking for an accomplished and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving and collaborative team, based in London, minutes from Liverpool St Station.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role
This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the delivery of high-profile, design-led projects - initially focusing on high-end residential and luxury retail developments across London, with typical values reaching up to £10m.
In addition to residential and retail, there will be the opportunity to work across a broad range of sectors, including hotels, hospitality, sports, leisure, arts, healthcare, and education - offering long-term variety and progression.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
Ideally MRICS or actively working towards
Experience within the high-end residential and retail sectors is highly desirable
Strong pre & post contract experience
UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST What's on offer?
