About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Regional Main Contractor, with a turnover of over £30m, on projects valued up to £20m. Their projects have recently focused on the residential, leisure, commercial and education sector. They have a great reputation and high staff retention rate after operating for over 100 years. This is a stable company with all sites in the South or within the M25 whilst the role is office based.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Managing upstream and downstream process
Handle CVR's
Final Accounts
Checking monthly valuations
Negotiating tenders Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Capable of running projects valued around £15m+
JCT Traditional experience is ESSENTIAL
Live within 1 hour commute from the office in South London What's on offer:
