You. Yes you, are a Senior Quantity Surveyor of unrivalled skill and potential. You can manage costs and contracts with the precision of a brain surgeon.
Here’s the deal. There is an esteemed company currently looking for somebody with your talents to join their team of merry men and women. Based South of the M25 (think Surrey, Sussex, Kent), the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on bold industrial projects designed to enable mass production, provide storage solutions and facilitate the distribution of goods.
What you’ll be doing:
* Wrangling project budgets like a seasoned pro
* Managing contracts with finesse
* Razor sharp reporting
* Ensuring that costs, time and quality never stray from their wellappointed paths
What we’re after:
* Proven experience in Quantity Surveying (preferably with industrial projects – bonus points if you’ve been through a few.)
* A knack for keeping things on track and under budget, even when the world seems set on chaos.
* The ability to speak both construction-speak and “boardroom” fluently
