About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be the lead on traditional build housing projects for a sustainable Developer. Their office and projects are based around Oxford. They operate across the South of England and London continuing to grow. You will be joining an ambitious commercial team who are dedicated to equal opportunities and progression.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Handling both the upstream and downstream process
Regularly updating the financial forecast, identifying any potential risks and providing solutions
Monitor costs throughout the projects life-cycle to ensure it stays within budget
Solve any contractual disputes that arise during the project Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor
Degree in a construction related subject is ideal but not essential
Experience leading residential projects at a Developer
