About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a privately owned Main Contractor with a turnover of over £1bn. They are looking for a strong Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and lead projects in the education sector which are valued at around £50m. They additionally work across the commercial, industrial, leisure, health, and retail sector so, this is a great opportunity for career progression.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Managing upstream and downstream process
Handle CVR's
Final Accounts
Checking monthly valuations
Negotiating tenders Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Capable of running projects valued around £30m+
Degree in a construction related subject is ideal but not essential
Live within a commutable distance to North LondonWhat's on offer:
