Location: London
Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 + Car Allowance, Pension, Life Assurance, and Competitive Annual Leave
Fawkes & Reece is working in partnership with a long-established subcontractor to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a portfolio of sites in and around London.
Company Overview:
With over 30 years of industry expertise, our client is a well-respected Groundworks and RC Frame subcontractor, delivering high-quality services including earthworks, bulk excavation, and infrastructure projects. Their client base consists primarily of longstanding residential developers with relationships built over decades.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial success of each project. Your key duties will include:
Managing and overseeing multiple projects across London
Providing commercial advice and support to the Senior Management Team on bid strategies and risk
Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors to develop accurate cost estimates
Leading the estimation process and supporting junior team members
Attending and presenting at tender interviewsKey Requirements:
Strong commercial acumen and risk awareness
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
Highly self-motivated with a proactive approachWhat's on Offer:
