Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bagshot, Surrey (office based role)
Working Hours: Start Time 8am (9 hrs per day) Mon - Fri
Senior QS required for Taylor Woodrow Civils South.
Responsibilities:
* Managing commercial support for projects.
* Reporting and assisting with contract negotiation.
* Contract support.
* Successful candidate will have proven QS experience at Senior level in infrastructure environments.
* Knowledge of NEC contracts Options C and E are required.
* Experience of dealing with National Highways would be essential.
* Working within CEMAR environment would also be required.
Preferred location would be Bagshot, Surrey or local whilst a permanent candidate is sought and onboarded. Valid driving licence and vehicle requiredBefore You Apply
