Our client, a Tier 1 Contractor, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. As a leading UK building, infrastructure, engineering, and fit-out contractor, they are committed to supply chain safety and compliance while delivering high-quality projects.
Senior Quantity Surveyor – Role Overview
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects within the healthcare and education sectors. The role will involve working with JCT, Design & Build, and NEC contracts, ensuring the financial success of projects valued up to £30M. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in cost control, contract management, and project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee cost management and contract administration
* Manage procurement, valuations, and final accounts
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project efficiency
