Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Thames Valley
Salary: 65,000 - £75,000
About the Role
Marble Talent Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading M&E services contractor for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead. This role is ideal for someone from a contracting background with experience in pre-contract negotiations and commercially leading fast-track, multi-million-pound projects.
You’ll initially be based in the head office and transition to a site-based role in Hampshire once the project is live.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all commercial aspects during the design phase and support tender submissions.
*
Work closely with design, estimating, and pre-construction teams.
*
Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors.
*
Submit monthly valuations and manage variations.
*
Prepare compliant payment notices for subcontractors.
*
Oversee final accounts and produce monthly financial reports.
*
Ensure contractual compliance and issue necessary notices.
About You
We’re looking for someone with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, and negotiation skills. The right candidate will be motivated, flexible, and capable of managing multiple tasks across several projects.
