Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take ownership of London's most exclusive residential projects?
This proactive, boutique consultancy is a recognised leader in the high-end private residential market, delivering some of the most prestigious homes in the capital. With 32 professionals and a dedicated team of 10 Quantity Surveyors, their Fitzrovia-based office is just a short walk from Piccadilly Circus.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll lead projects from inception to completion, working across a portfolio of luxury new builds, refurbishments, and extensions ranging from £1m to £30m. While prime residential is their bread and butter, there's also exposure to boutique hotel, leisure, and commercial schemes to keep things varied.
You'll work alongside highly experienced Associates and Directors, gaining mentoring and support while taking full ownership of your projects. This role suits someone who's confident, client-facing, and excited by the detail and precision required in the ultra-prime sector.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Ideally 5+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying.
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK PQS/Consultancy is a MUST
Expertise in pre- and post-contract work.
A strong interest in high-end residential projects.
A professional, client-facing demeanour with independent project management capabilities.What's in It for You?
