A leading national MEP contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a £45M MEP commercial development in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an exciting project with a company known for delivering complex, high-value building services across the UK.
The Role:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of commercial and contractual responsibilities, managing project finances from pre-construction through to final account. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and the client team to ensure value is maximised and risk is managed.
What We're Looking For:
🔹 Substantial experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale MEP projects
🔹 Strong knowledge of cost control, subcontractor management, and commercial reporting
🔹 Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
