Senior Quantity Surveyor – DOJ Scheme
Location: South of Newmarket (Site-Based)
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + Car/Allowance + Package
Employer: Tier 1 Main Contractor
Project: DOJ Scheme – Value £300 Million
We’re recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 main contractor on a £300m DOJ project located just south of Newmarket. This is a site-based role, so candidates should live within approx. 25 miles.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead commercial functions from pre-contract to final account
*
Manage subcontracts, valuations, and cost control
*
Produce monthly financial reports and forecasts
*
Ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction
Requirements:

Experience with Tier 1 main contractors
*
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
*
Proven ability to manage high-value projects
