This is a unique opportunity to work on a prestigious £10m+ refurbishment project of a delightful country home for a private client.
The Role
The successful candidate will take sole responsibility for managing all commercial aspects of the £10m+ project.
You will work closely with the project delivery team, ensuring budgets, procurement, and cost management are effectively handled.
This role provides the chance to take ownership of a substantial project, supported by a collaborative and experienced construction team.
Key Responsibilities
* Full commercial management of the £10m+ project.
* Procurement and contract administration for packages.
* Cost control, valuations, and reporting to ensure the project stays within budget.
* Collaborating with the project team to maintain high standards and meet client expectations.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
* Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor in high end residential or luxury projects.
* Proven ability to manage complex, high-value projects independently.
* Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
