About the Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you'll be expected to hit the ground running, leveraging your existing expertise and market knowledge to build and develop a successful desk. You'll take ownership of your area, recruit and manage your own team, and be encouraged to think creatively and strategically to drive growth.
Who We're Looking For
Proven experience in a successful recruitment role, ideally with leadership or team management exposure
Strong business development skills with the confidence to build client relationships
A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and deliver results
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Someone who is ambitious, commercially astute, and ready to add real value
