Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education
Up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience

Role based in Nantwich, Cheshire
Are you an experienced Senior Education Recruitment Consultant looking for your next opportunity in a supportive, high-performing environment? Join one of the UK's leading, award-winning education recruitment agencies, based in the Nantwich area and help shape the future of schools across the region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a hot desk with strong existing relationships and immediate billing potential.
What We're Looking For:
Must have at least 12 months' experience in education recruitment
Proven billing history and ability to manage a 360° recruitment desk
Strong relationship-building and business development skills
A full UK driving licence and access to a car (school visits required)
Passion for the education sector and making a difference

What You'll Be Doing:
Manage and grow a warm desk, placing teaching and support staff into primary, secondary, SEND schools and nurseries.
Build strong relationships with schools and education professionals.
Conduct school visits, client meetings, and candidate interviews.
Drive business development to expand your client base.
Work towards individual and team revenue targets in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Hours:
Hybrid working 2/3 days home/office
Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 4:30pm
Friday, 7am - 4.00pm
(Reduced hours during school holidays)
