Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector
Location: Manchester City Centre- The Medieval quarter
Starting salary: £32,000 + Excellent Commission Structure

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing and growing a desk of schools and education professionals across Greater Manchester
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through excellent service and delivery
Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality teachers and support staff into schools
Leading by example and potentially mentoring junior consultants
Contributing to team strategy, growth and development
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in recruitment (ideally education, but not essential)
Proven success in hitting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Strong understanding of the fast-paced demands of recruitment
Passion for making a difference in education
A full drivers licese is desirable for the role
